Quit Smoking
What most don’t appreciate is that smoking is an addiction. It can be difficult to stop even if you want to. We discuss the benefits and challenges of a range of quit strategies including nicotine replacement therapy, medications and cold turkey and offer realistic and practical strategies to quit.
Diet—GI, Carbs and Diabetes
Lower your glucose levels by learning about carbohydrates, calories and the glycemic load. This is a great session for anyone interested in understanding how to prevent or manage diabetes or learn about the G.I. diet. Accurate, scientifically-based and practical information.
Exercise Classes
Choose from our Gentle exercise class (Better Balance), Heart Health Circuit and Advanced Circuit class options. We can accommodate all experience levels, dicky knees, crook tickers, and those with two left feet. Have fun, you will not be disappointed. (45-60mins)
The workshops are all 1-2 hours in length, and are located at our main office at Suite 4, 132 Keira St Wollongong.
